Neck warmer ice queen

This  neck warmer is made of non allergenic white acrylic wool.It is super soft and light as air.There is absolutely no itch factor to this item. I have stitched other pieces of textiles  the wool of  Mongolian lamb as decorative detail  as well as a beautiful vintage button closure. You can wear it with the split over your shoulder or with the points at the front like a collar under or over your coat
