RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you may return them to us for a credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt, providing the item(s) are in the original resellable condition.

If the issue with your purchase is the fit, you may come into the store for a fitting during business hours where I will size the item for you free of charge. Otherwise, you may send the item back at your expense for an in-store or online credit. Once mailed, please allow up to 21 days for receipt of your item.
Once the item has been received and is deemed in resellable condition, it may take 7 days to generate a credit.

* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* All items listed on the SALE page are not eligible for any returns.
* Items being returned must be in their original condition.
* An authorization code is required for all returns that will become store credits, or exchanges.
* No refunds, credit only

Everything at Lilith’s Garden has been lovingly handmade. While some items are similar in fabric, shape, and texture, there are no two exactly alike.

Each item is truly one-of-a-kind.
