Sumerian cifer wall textile

This cotton macramé wall hanging was inspired by ancient histories of the Fertile Crescent,  there is some embellishment of eco-printed  linen, hand crochet lace and vintage bone beads. I enhanced  the simple pattern with appliqué to add texture and depth.
